Shortly after renting a storage unit, we had some personal issues with the lot not being properly gated for a while (some mechanical issues). Currently it is fixed and hopefully remains fixed as that was a need when renting a storage unit... however, the lot has surveillance which is a pro.
Whenever we had issues with our pin, the staff were attentive and helpful.. however, I feel if things are changed electronically, there should be an awareness email sent out. We arrived on premises and our pin wasn’t working and thankfully they were open at the time.. but if it was a weekend we would have had no help to access our unit (they had some changes to their system changing customers PINs).
I do find it very costly as well.. but the staff and perks of gated and surveillance can help justify price.. I personally feel it could be better and be prepared they may increase cost of unit after a year..

We've been renting a storage locker at Bellevue Make Space Storage since 2018, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The facility is clean, secure, and professionally managed — we’ve always felt confident that our belongings were well-protected.
Over the years, this space has helped us store important family items, especially after the passing of my parents. It's given us time and peace of mind as we processed their estate.
One thing I’d love to see offered in the future is the opportunity to host a small garage sale on-site. It would be incredibly helpful for families like ours who are ready to let go of long-held items and move forward.
Overall, Make Space Storage has been a reliable and supportive service during an important chapter of our lives — highly recommended.

I rented my first storage unit here and have had it for a few years. The site is always clean and well lit. The great features are the gated security, drive up units, 24 hour access and the billing process is simple with receipts automatically emailed. I have recommended this Make Space location to friends moving to the Belleville area.
