I highly don’t recommend this facility, nothing but a headache. Demanding more money and charged late fees on parking spots that were not past the 7 day late fee they have in lease. I was called a liar to my face and told that we agreed on something that was never agreed upon, next month a new charge is added and told that was the price from beginning when have receipt's to prove different! non stop harassment from the moment you are late, take in mind she is very difficult to reach in the office thus the reason being a day late then told are over 10 days late when contact says different! You can’t do anything legally unless take them to court which is why they believe they will get away with scamming people

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Prices change every month. Then you get charged a late fee when we weren’t over the 7 day mark. We had a storage unit before we got the second parking spot and she combined them together even though we hadn’t even had the parking spot for a month then charged me a late fee for both the storage unit and the parking spot. Meanwhile I was in on Nov 7th and she didn’t say squat about the unit and storage unit being due she waited until we were “past due” to say something so she could scam us out of more money. Save yourselves the head ache and don’t rent anything from this place go to the one down the road from this one. There are multiple people saying the same thing as me with the prices changing so I know I’m not the only one this has happened to. For example I paid 49.00 for the parking spot last month and this month it was 63.00 after taxes. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. And to top it off they will call you a liar when you address the price changes.

We picked up a locker today, it was on a auction site. The locker had 3 lockes, and no bid tag number. That locker had to be staged because it was just thrown in. ( food, broken glass, batteries, just thrown in. Garbage also. Plus 2 diffrent sets of IDs. When we went to get the lady at the front desk to check the locker at she was gone from 12 to 1:30. but we were sitting there waiting to get our deposit back at 11:45. When she finally showed she had her child with her, my husband said we have been sitting waiting for you since 11:45 she said tough. This woman is very rude and not a business person. So we will never go back there again. So all you locker buyers beware.

Wow reading some of these negative comments and wondering what planet these people come from.
I had a wonderful experience with Kris Keiller she was very nice and knowledgeable making the experience a good one would strongly recommend this place of business to anyone needing moving and storage supplies. Also, they're the cheapest in the Belleville Area

5 star service was provided by on staff Kris today! Recently we’ve been looking for storage for our overstock business supplies and I was pleasantly surprised at the service and cost of Make Space storage, they were significantly less than the others we had looked at and as a small business thats a great help. Kris provided me fast and efficient answers about storage (as we have never used storage before). Over the past days since we’ve moved out things in we’ve notice Kris is always around checking on units with her dog by her side. This action provides comfort in knowing there is an extra layer of security and supervision in the observation.
I would recommend both the storage facility as well as Kris as a front of the line staff.
