Very pleased with the unit rented (10 x 15). We chose the "best value" as it is currently 50% off for the first 8 weeks. It's reasonably close to the gate, which turns out to be a non-issue at all as access is excellent throughout the facility. One little hitch: we weren't aware that we MUST download the app to open the gates. Once we downloaded and enabled Bluetooth it was seamless. Adding both of us to access was easy. Adding my 2nd phone (work phone) was easy. You MUST provide your own lock, as expected. The whole process went very well once we realised that we needed to do our bit too, by downloading the app and enabling Bluetooth.

Given the do-over opportunity, I may have made a different decision on this rental. The manager was nice, but obviously ill-equipped to deal with the burden of this business. Whomever is responsible for the gate-security should be promptly fired. I've been a customer for 3 months and the statement of "it will be fixed in about 2-3 days" was an obvious lie. No actual person answers your call when you call, they do not also return your messages. It's a tragedy. I had pre-arranged CC payment, but was billed separately - I of course called, without response. Had to call my CC company to see if I had been double-billed, etc. No, I hadn't so that's a relief. I paid via EMT. Fine, receipt next day - great. Doesn't erase the experience of having arranged Auto-Pay without execution. It was presented as a hassle-free option - cool...not so much hassle-free, and it wasn't done. It's clean, well-kept place, but that's expected.
