Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever received! We were in a bit of a time crunch with our move. Our new house’s move-in date overlapped with our closing and we needed a storage unit fast. The owner (I believe) was amazing from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel totally taken care of. He helped us find the perfect size unit and got everything set up for us that same day! You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed. The price was more than fair, and the whole process was so smooth. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you again for such a great experience! 😊😊

This is my 2d time using the storage units on Herchimer Ave in Belleville On. And both times Steve and Toni have been a pleasure.
Even the woman on the answering service was delightful.
They helped me understand how to operate things and were very friendly and efficient.
The units are very clean and spacious and the prices were fair.
I will be a returning customer, 100% !!

The staff were very helpful with setting us up with a unit & providing all administrative information. I’ve both called & emailed with additional inquiries & they have been very responsive. The unit is tidy. Overall, a good experience (Belleville Storage Mary).

The move in was easy. Staff were friendly, helpful and thorough in getting us set up. The unit was very clean and dry. The floor of the unit was a few inches higher than the ground, so I feel confident that my stuff will keep dry.
It’s not the first time that we have needed a storage unit, but is certainly the best we have experienced.
