The staff were very helpful with setting us up with a unit & providing all administrative information. I’ve both called & emailed with additional inquiries & they have been very responsive. The unit is tidy. Overall, a good experience (Belleville Storage Mary).

The move in was easy. Staff were friendly, helpful and thorough in getting us set up. The unit was very clean and dry. The floor of the unit was a few inches higher than the ground, so I feel confident that my stuff will keep dry.
It’s not the first time that we have needed a storage unit, but is certainly the best we have experienced.

Amazing service. My stepfather had a very bad experience at another storage place. And we called Storage Mart where we go and they got him in with a feal and all. Very personable service Toni and Steve are absolutely amazing people and truly take care of the storage. There clean and they really watch your stuff. Highly recommend
