The people are so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. I would ONLY recommend Storage Mart to anyone looking storage. The units are clean, 24 hour acess - I cannot say anything bad about Storage Mart as there isn't anything bad to say. Thanks Tony and Steve!!! You are fabulous!!

Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever received! We were in a bit of a time crunch with our move. Our new house’s move-in date overlapped with our closing and we needed a storage unit fast. The owner (I believe) was amazing from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel totally taken care of. He helped us find the perfect size unit and got everything set up for us that same day! You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed. The price was more than fair, and the whole process was so smooth. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you again for such a great experience! 😊😊

I would honestly give them 10 stars. I have dealt with Tony and Steve on many occasions and wouldn't deal with any other storage business. Fantastic people and fantastic service.

This is my 2d time using the storage units on Herchimer Ave in Belleville On. And both times Steve and Toni have been a pleasure.
Even the woman on the answering service was delightful.
They helped me understand how to operate things and were very friendly and efficient.
The units are very clean and spacious and the prices were fair.
I will be a returning customer, 100% !!
